Booking Policy

All fares, room rates, tours and transport services are subject to availability and supplier conditions. A quotation is not a confirmed booking until the required payment is received and BCG Travel & Tours confirms it in writing.

Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate names and travel details exactly as shown on valid travel documents. Costs resulting from incorrect information may be charged to the client.

Travellers are responsible for holding valid passports, visas, permits, insurance, vaccination records and any other documents required for the journey. Visa decisions remain solely with the relevant authority.

Airline, hotel, lodge, transport and tour-provider rules form part of every booking. We will explain the key fare and cancellation conditions before confirmation.
